Management Company is responsible for:
Collecting Homeowner's association dues
Paying all bills related to the common areas of the association
Scheduling and arranging all exterior landscaping, Lawn care and snow removal
To enforce the association rules and regulations
To have thorough knowledge of our homes, development, the by-laws & covenants.
To attend association meetings
To offer assistance to residents that relate to property management
By Having a property management company on board immediately in a new development it gives you piece of mind to know where your association dues are going, what they are being used for and a third party resource for items relating to property management.
The property management company does not deal with warranty claims or calls regarding warranty issues. Refer to your walk-thru information on who to call when a problem arises.
Payments are prorated depending on move-in date.
You have the option, at no charge, to have the association dues withdrawn from your bank account.
Dues are payable by the 1st of every month.
