On May 10, 2008, we welcomed Bill and Margene Nickel to our community. We started off the day by inviting friends and family to join us for breakfast in the clubhouse. Once we gathered everyone together, we headed towards their new home for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
One could feel the excitement and anticipation in the air while they awaited to venture into their new home. Up until this point, it had been about two weeks since they had last seen their home. What would it look like with all the finishing touchs? Was it going to be better than imagined?
Well finally it was the moment that they had been waiting the past 4 months for- the unveiling of their new Canterbury home! They quickly cut the ribbon and all rushed into the house to see what was waiting behind closed doors.
All were amazed at the beauty and craftsmanship that was placed into the house. One stated, "it was definately worth the wait! Its more beautiful than I had ever imagined." It was obvious that they could not be happier with their decision to move here.
The ribbon ceremony was quite the success. We are so happy to have you both join our community, and we are sure that you will love living here. Welcome Bill and Margene!
